Julian née Sara Mithra writes about things that haven’t happened and never could happen. For a Master’s in Folklore from Berkeley, Sara dressed up as a 19th century anthropologist and ventriloquized through a copper pipe. Born and raised in golden California, they eke out a living in the Bay Area by encouraging young people to write. Current projects include an experimental novel wherein a tomboy explores abandoned mines under threat of deportation.
