Originally from California, Jason Masino received his BA in Dramatic Art from the University of California, Davis, and his MFA in Poetry from Regis University. His work has been published in Cultural Daily, Inverted Syntax, Rigorous, South Florida Poetry Journal, fifth wheel press, and many others. His debut book of poetry, Sinner's Prayer, was released in winter 2022 by Passengers Press. He currently lives in Denver, Colorado.

His work has been widely anthologized in textbooks published by City Lights Books, Etruscan Press, Fountainhead Press, Harcourt Brace, Longman, McGraw-Hill, Prentice Hall, Simon & Schuster, Thomson/Heinle, the University of Iowa Press, Wadsworth, and others. He lives in Pasadena, California.
